Red Hot Lacrosse Camp is an instructional half-day academy for girls and boys currently in the 1st through 6th grades. The curriculum is designed to teach fundamental concepts and skills to youth players looking to learn the game and develop their abilities. The camp will be split into separate girls and boys groups and players will receive personalized instruction based on age and skill level. The camp will be run in conjunction with Aloha Lacrosse, a national leader in youth boys and girls lacrosse events and player development.
The girls camp will be directed by the RPCS Varsity Head Coach Kim McNemar, along with star alumnae and current Varsity players from RPCS. The boys camp will be directed by Gilman Varsity Head Coach Brooks Matthews, along with several college lacrosse all-stars and club coaches from the Baltimore area. We will also provide the campers with techniques and drills to work on at home so that they can continue to get better even after the camp is over. We will end each morning’s session with fun, competitive games designed to build on the skills taught that day.
Spaces will be limited to ensure optimal player to coach ratio.
Campers will be accepted first come, first serve basis!
