Chris co-founded Aloha Tournaments with Ray Schulmeyer in 1999 .  Chris is involved with all business development activities and is actively involved with the procurement of athletic facilities.  Chris is also a Partner in the World Series of Youth Lacrosse. Chris has been a driving influence in the lacrosse world for the past 30+ years. After years working in the hospitality industry, Chris began his involvement in the lacrosse business through his ownership and operation of national lacrosse retailer, Bacharach Raisin, until its eventual sale in 2004.  In 2000, Chris co-founded the Baltimore Bayhawks of Major League Lacrosse and continued to manage the franchise until it was sold to a new ownership group in 2005. Chris has also coached boy’s and girl’s youth lacrosse in the Towsontowne Recreation program for 15 years, as well as served as its Commissioner for nine years. Chris co-founded the Baltimore Breakers Lacrosse Club, which he continues to run and coach today as one of the nation’s premier club programs.  Chris played lacrosse at the Gilman School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. Chris is also a founding partner of The Finney Search Group, working with independent schools and teachers and coaches throughout the country. Chris’s joy is watching coaches and players developing their skills, personalities, and character traits through youth sports and mentoring.
